About
I build DearTech-OS: the Context OS your operations run on
After building operating systems across B2B, fintech, and enterprise contexts, the same pattern keeps showing up. Companies do not lack tools. They lack a living knowledge layer that compounds.
What I do
I love sitting with people, understanding how they work, mapping out their processes, and then finding ways to remove friction. Whether that's through cleaner workflows, structured knowledge, or building tools that didn't exist before.
The work I find most fulfilling is building DearTech-OS infrastructure for a company: structured knowledge graphs where decisions, customer insights, GTM strategy, finance context, and operating patterns connect instead of decaying in separate tools.
What matters to me is autonomy: the freedom to manage my own time, try new approaches, and experiment with solutions without needing permission for every step.
How I work
Understand first
I don't propose changes to things I haven't seen. The gap between 'official process' and 'how work actually gets done' is where improvement opportunities live.
Build with, not for
People adopt what they helped create. I work alongside your team, not above them.
Systems over fixes
Quick fixes create context debt. I build infrastructure that compounds knowledge over time.
Transfer everything
No consultant dependency. Everything I build transfers to you in editable formats.
Why companies work with me
| Alternative | Their Approach | My Approach |
|---|---|---|
| Big 4 Consulting | Frameworks, junior analysts, expensive | Hands-on, senior delivery, practical |
| Traditional BA | Document requirements, hand off | Document + implement + iterate |
| Internal Ops | Constrained by org politics | External leverage, fresh perspective |
| Pure Tech Consultant | Build what's specified | Discover what's actually needed |
Background
7+ years in financial services and tech operations, transitioning from traditional finance roles into technical operations at European startups.
I've worked across database companies, logistics software, and B2B SaaS. Always in roles where systems thinking and knowledge architecture were the core value I brought.
Now I work independently, helping companies build the operational infrastructure that lets them scale without proportional complexity.
